Yes, you should have an account so that we can assign tips correctly. Having an account will also give you access to all other services such as private messages and content access.
Yes, you can send and receive tips and sell your digital content (Boxes and Videos) without having to pay for a subscription. We take a 10% commission fee from transactions for tips and 25% for sales of Boxes and Videos.
TipSend doesn't have a premium service, you can use all services without having to pay for a subscription.
Absolutely, we use the most advanced technology to keep your data safe. We don't use cookies for advertising and your information is never shared with anyone or any third party.
You decide what information is public and private. The payment information is directly managed by Stripe and is completely secure.
Sending Tips
You can send tips using your credit card or PayPal account.
Yes, you can find your sent tips in the Admin Section.
Yes, people receiving your tips will not see your name, the bank statement will only have TipSend as the descriptor of the sending party. Your bank statement will also have TipSend as the descriptor.
Yes, of course, you are in complete control of how much you send as a tip. We have a minimum tip amount of €3.
Yes, the payment processor will automatically convert the tip amount to the currency of your card.
Receiving Tips
From the Admin Section click on PayOuts and then on "Connect Stripe Account".
You will be taken to Stripe where you will be able to set up your PayOut information.
You receive your tips on your bank account immediately at the time of payment.
Stripe is a world-leader in payment services and they have the most advanced tools to process payments promptly and safely.
No, the set up procedure will only collect your banking information to receive your payments. You don't need to sign up for a Stripe account.
Manage Your TipSend Account
Nope, you can have as many links as you wish.
Yes, just save the image and share it or print it as you prefer.
You can suggest how much supporters can send you as a tip, however, this is only a suggestion and your supporters can change the sent amount before sending the tip your way.
Uploading Files
Yes, you can upload a max of 100 files per each Box. This is not a technical limit, it's a way to help users market their content effectively. For larger sets, you can make more than one Box.
Yes, you can upload all types of files, photos, documents, PDFs, Power Point, etc.
The videos will show in the same ways, it's up to you if you wish to sell Videos as part of a Box or as single Videos.
