When a Box features other people — models in a photo set, artists on a mix, collaborators on a project — TipSend uses Pronto Tag by ProntoID to make sure everyone in it has given verified, documented consent before it ever goes on sale. The same record that proves they agreed also decides how the money is shared.

Meet Pronto Tag

Pronto Tag is a consent and model-release tool from ProntoID, a Swiss identity company (Brooks & Keitt Sàrl, based in Sion). Its job is simple: tag the people who appear in your content, and turn their approval into a signed, identity-verified release. You upload a photo or video, tag the people in it, and each one is privately notified to review their appearance and approve or reject the use. On approval, a model release is generated automatically and signed by both parties — built on the same ProntoID stack that verifies government ID, age and liveness.

It's worth being clear what this is not: it isn't social-media tagging. Tags are private, never public or searchable, consent is always required, and the content and personal data are encrypted.

Private notifications

Tags go straight to the person. No public profiles, no searchable tags, no feed.

Consent required

Every tag needs active approval. No assumed permission, no silent opt-in.

Identity-verified

The signer is checked against a real government ID, age and liveness — not a checkbox.

How it works inside TipSend

From building a Box to everyone getting paid, the flow runs end to end:

Step 1

Tag

Tag the people who appear in or contributed to the Box.

Step 2

Notify

Each person gets a private notification to review the use.

Step 3

Verify & decide

Identity verified, they approve or reject the request.

Step 4

Release signed

An identity-verified release is signed by both parties.

Step 5

Sell & split

The Box goes live and revenue is shared with everyone in it.

Consent stays revocable. If someone withdraws their approval, ProntoID notifies TipSend and the Box is automatically unpublished until it's requalified — and republished without the party who stepped away.

One record, two jobs: consent and payment

The clever part is that the authorization isn't a separate piece of paperwork sitting off to the side. The same verified release that proves a person agreed to be in a Box also defines their share of it. When the Box sells, each consenting contributor receives their agreed cut automatically — a DJ's featured vocalist, a photographer's model, a producer on a track. Consent and revenue fall out of one source of truth, which means nobody has to reconcile a spreadsheet of who's owed what.

What it replaces

The traditional model-release workflow is slow, manual, and quietly exposes the person being photographed.

The old way
  • Print a paper release and chase a signature on the day.
  • The model hands a photocopy of their government ID to the photographer.
  • Files are stored in a drawer or a folder, hard to retrieve.
  • No easy way to withdraw consent once it's given.
  • Contributors rarely see a share of what the content earns.
With Pronto Tag
  • Tag the person — the release is generated and signed in minutes.
  • Identity stays with ProntoID; no ID copy is handed to anyone.
  • Every release is stored, searchable, and inspection-ready.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with one click.
  • Everyone tagged can receive their share when the Box sells.

The advantages, for both sides

For creators

Photographers, videographers, producers, agencies
  • No more chasing paper. Releases are requested, signed and filed automatically.
  • Documented consent for every subject, tied to a verified identity.
  • Sell collaborative work cleanly — everyone's in, everyone's paid.
  • Organised by project or shoot, with usage declarations on record.

For tagged people

Models, featured artists, collaborators
  • Never hand over your ID again — verification stays with ProntoID, not the photographer.
  • See exactly what you're approving, and where it will be used.
  • Approve or reject each request — and being tagged is always free.
  • Get paid automatically for content you're part of, and withdraw consent whenever you want.

Compliance, where it counts

Because Pronto Tag runs on ProntoID's identity stack, the consent attached to a Box is verifiable and tamper-evident rather than a name typed into a form. For content with formal record-keeping obligations, ProntoID's wider toolkit — its KYC and age checks, its ProntoRelease custodian service, and identity-verified signing — is built to slot into those requirements. Exactly which apply depends on your content and where you operate, so it's worth confirming the specifics with your own legal counsel; what TipSend gives you is the verified record to build on.

Put verified consent behind every Box

Tag the people in your content, get signed releases in minutes, and share revenue with everyone who helped make it.

The takeaway

Selling other people's likeness or work shouldn't mean guessing whether you had permission, or leaving collaborators unpaid. With Pronto Tag wired into TipSend, consent is verified up front, stays revocable, and carries the payment split with it — so the people in your content are credited, paid, and in control, all from a single record.
